Julie is an expert listener, so when it comes time to figure out what her buyers, sellers, and investors need in order to be happy, she has all the information that she needs at her disposal. Half of the business that she does is with buyers and sellers from out of state, many of whom have never met her in person but feel confident enough to trust her to act and deal on their behalf. Within the Phoenix area, Julie specializes in the Southeast Valley, including Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Maricopa, Tempe, Ahwatukee, and South Mountain.
Getting her start in new home construction in 1998, she has watched as the Phoenix area has evolved and grown at a rapid pace. Julie loves this city and this area, and that is another reason that she is able to serve her clients as well as she does. When she tells someone that she knows they can find a grand life here, she means it from the bottom of her heart.
Julie grew up in Blue Grass, Iowa, her father a WWII veteran who instilled in her strong values and a tireless work ethic. She also believes in the value of education, jumping at every opportunity to learn. When she is not busy in the office or in the field, she enjoys spending time with her husband, visiting her daughter in LA, working out, reading, watching movies, hiking, and going to the theatre.
